We are looking for ambitious Mortgage Loan Officers who are driven & self-sourcing to join a dynamic team. Company leads may be provided to supplement your existing business and take you to the next level.

• 3+ year of experience in mortgage lending 
• Willingness to hustle in a heavy outreach environment
• Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high ethical standard
• Ability to work with highly confidential information in a sensitive environment
• Willingness to work extended hours to support your clients
• 4-year bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• NMLS license (or desire and determination to obtain one)

This is a 100% commission-based position with benefits eligibility and a 401(k) plan

Hybrid work (work from home and office)

• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, accountants, etc.
• Respond and convert incoming leads
• Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
• Exceed our production standards by exercising proactivity, integrity and managing your pipeline
• Have a “client first” mentality
• Maintain and follow strict company protocols regarding cybersecurity and client confidentiality
